A little bit about the role
The Uniform Shop is often one of the first points of contact for new families joining Shore. As a Casual Uniform Shop Assistant youll help create a welcoming and positive experience for parents carers and students by assisting with uniform fittings customer enquiries and online orders.
Working closely with the Uniform Shop Manager youll provide exceptional customer service ensure orders are accurate assist with stock management and help maintain an organised and professional retail environment.
To be successful you will:
- Have experience in a customer-facing retail environment
- Enjoy providing exceptional service both in person and over the phone or via email
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate initiative and the ability to anticipate customer needs
- Communicate confidently and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders
- Be a collaborative team player with a positive and flexible approach
- Hold or be eligible to obtain a valid Working With Children Check clearance.
