About the role

  • Take ownership of assigned clinical research and pathology service projects from quotation through to delivery ensuring high-quality outcomes across all stages.

  • Review study protocols and client submissions to accurately interpret pathology service requirements working closely with senior laboratory staff to develop appropriate solutions.

  • Prepare clear competitive quotations and service proposals for both internal and external clients supporting continued business growth for SydPath.

  • Collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders to gather information coordinate requirements and ensure smooth implementation of contracted services.

  • Ensure all pathology service contracts are implemented in line with trial protocols while maintaining compliance with ISO 15189 and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

About you

  • Tertiary qualification in medical nursing pathology or a related health/clinical discipline with relevant industry experience

  • Strong understanding of clinical trials and pathology services including quality and regulatory frameworks (GCP ISO 15189 and ideally 21 CFR Part 11)

  • Minimum 3 years experience in project coordination or administration within a complex or healthcare environment

  • Proven ability to prepare draft and present clear documentation reports or service materials to a high standard

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build strong relationships alongside highly developed planning organisation and time management abilities
