The Red Lily Health Board Aboriginal Corporation (RLHB) is a regional health service committed to empowering Aboriginal people across West Arnhem. We deliver culturally safe community-controlled healthcare to improve long-term health outcomes for children families and communities.
About the Communities
Red Lily Health Service delivers primary healthcare across four unique West Arnhem communities. Our service footprint includes Gunbalanya (Oenpelli) on the edge of Arnhem Land Jabiru in the heart of Kakadu National Park Minjilang on beautiful Croker Island and Warruwi on South Goulburn Island. Together these communities are home to strong Aboriginal cultures diverse languages breathtaking landscapes and deep connections to Country offering a truly rewarding remote health experience.
What youll do:
Coordinate onboarding rostering travel and credentialing for clinical staff
Support clinical systems (PCIS HPOS PRODA) and administration
Assist leadership with reporting projects and daily operations
Manage medical information requests and maintain efficient workflows
Contribute to continuous improvement and team support
What were looking for:
Experience in administration health or NGO environments
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Current drivers licence and full working rights
Desirable:
Knowledge of clinical systems (PCIS HPOS PRODA)
Experience supporting senior leaders
Understanding of remote or Aboriginal health settings
