What Youll Be Doing

As a Clinical Project Manager youll be the cornerstone of clinical trial executionmanaging timelines budgets and quality across regional or global studies. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams engage directly with clients and ensure every milestone is met with precision and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning execution and delivery of clinical trials in line with contracts and regulatory standards (ICH-GCP local laws)
  • Develop and implement integrated study management plans with core project teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor project performance manage risks and drive resolution of issues
  • Ensure financial success through accurate forecasting budget control and scope management
  • Mentor and support junior team members fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Represent IQVIA in bid defenses and client meetings showcasing our capabilities and solutions

What You Bring

  • Education:Bachelors degree in Life Sciences or related field (required)
  • Experience: minimum 5 years in clinical research including 2 years in project management
  • Expertise:Strong understanding of clinical trial operations regulatory requirements and therapeutic areas such as Healthy Volunteer
  • Skills:
    • Leadership and team management
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Financial acumen and contract management
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
