The Clinical Partner Speech Therapy at Vines Therapy will be influential in providing exceptional client-centred therapeutic services. • Undertake additional leadership responsibilities as directed by the Clinical Director.

• Bachelors degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited institution. (Masters degree in Speech Therapy prefered)
• Active licensure and registration as an Speech Therapist with at least 3 years of clinical experience.
• Demonstrated expertise and advanced knowledge in various Speech Therapy interventions.
• Receptivity to new and innovative treatment methodologies.
• Solid grounding in evidence-based practice within Speech Therapy.
• Technological proficiency pertinent to allied healthcare.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Skilled at providing supervision and leadership to a transdisciplinary team.
• Proven ability in managing complex caseloads and program development.

• Willingness to travel for work-related purposes.

• The base salary ranges from $85000 to $90000 annually inclusive of $5000 travel allowance (plus superannuation).
