Clinical Nurse Specialist Urodynamics
Job Summary
- Provide clinical leadership and advanced nursing expertise to our expanding urodynamics service at La Trobe Private Hospital

Join our growing team in supporting the delivery and ongoing development of urodynamics services ensuring high-quality patient-centred care aligned to best practice and clinical governance standards.
The position provides clinical leadership across outpatient and procedural environments and contributes to strengthening access to specialised urology and womens health services.
As the Clinical Nurse Specialist your responsibilities will include:
Provide visible clinical leadership within the urodynamics service.
- Support and mentor nursing staff to deliver safe high-quality care.
- Promote best practice and continuous improvement across the service
- Work in partnership with patients and families in decision-making regarding provision of care promoting beneficial relationships
La Trobe Private Hospital is newly redeveloped facility with 4 operating theatres day surgery inpatient unit and consulting suites.
Selection Criteria:
- Registered or Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA registration
- Experience in urology continence outpatient or procedural nursing
- Demonstrated clinical leadership capability
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and quality frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in urodynamics or continence services (desirable)
- Experience in service development or coordination (desirable)
