About us

We are a family-owned and operated care provider that has grown from a small local team in 2019 to more than 250 people across the Hunter and Sydney regions. Today we support over 2500 people through the NDIS Commonwealth Home Support and Support at Home programs while keeping the practical down-to-earth approach we started with.

We currently have two positions available: Occupational Therapist and Clinical Lead (Occupational Therapist).

>Occupational Therapist

Range $80k-95k Super Above Award Achievable 67% Weekly KPI

About the role:

• Deliver OT services across a caseload of aged care and NDIS clients
• Tailor treatment approaches to individual needs with caseloads matched to your skills and areas of comfort
• Work within a supportive team structure with opportunities to build experience in new or specialised areas over time
• Support clients with a range of presentations including functional decline cognitive impairment home safety and environmental risk and progressive neurological conditions

>Clinical Lead (Occupational Therapist)

Range $100-105k Super Above Award Weekly KPI Reduced Per Clinical Supervisee

About the role:

• All of the above plus
• Provide OT clinicians with regular supervision
• Facilitate group peer-led clinical education sessions

Successful Candidates Will Have:

• Minimum 3 years experience as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration
• Experience in Community Rehab Private Practice or Hospital settings
• Experience in the following assessment types is desirable: Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Functional Capacity/Mobility Assessments (e.g. DEMMI TUG) Disability and Functioning Assessments (e.g. WHODAS) Low Vision Assessments Home Modifications and Environmental Assessments and Assistive Technology/Equipment Prescription
• Experience delivering services to a wide range of clientele
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Demonstrated ability to clinically supervise mentor and support clinicians (Clinical Lead role)
