Clinic Nurse
Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Clinic Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis (22.8hrs per week).
As a Clinic Nurse you will play a pivotal role in supporting patients throughout their fertility journey from their initial specialist consultation through to treatment commencement. Working closely with Fertility Specialists nurses scientists and support teams you will provide exceptional patient care education coordination and clinical administration to ensure a seamless and supportive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient preparation for initial fertility specialist consultations including investigations medical histories and patient education.
- Provide compassionate support and guidance to patients throughout their fertility journey.
- Manage follow-up care appointments referrals and test results.
- Educate patients on recommended treatment plans procedures and consent requirements.
- Coordinate treatment cycle preparation including compliance checks completion of documentation pharmacy orders and specialist referrals.
- Data entry maintaining patient records and ensuring appropriate paperwork is in place.
- Respond to patient enquiries and provide ongoing support before treatment commencement.
- Collaborate with Fertility Specialists nurses scientists counsellors and external healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
Qualifications :
Enrolled Endorsed Nurse with AHPRA
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Experience in fertility womens health IVF assisted reproductive technology or specialist clinical coordination (highly regarded).
- Ability to take bloods
