Client Support Insurance

As the Client Support - Insurance professional within our insurance team reporting to the Insurance Team Leader your role will primarily be responsible for supporting the Insurance division in its services to replace lost and/or stolen products on behalf of Insurance Companies. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Liaising with Insurance Companies insured customers and JB Hi-Fi Group Stores
• Validating and quoting consumer electrical products for insurance replacement.
• Inbound and outbound calls (no sales-related calls)
• Preparing orders and managing ongoing caseloads.
• Meeting KPIs and deadlines in line with Insurance Company Service Level Agreements

This hands-on role in a fast-paced environment will suit a professional with similar experience and isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves!

Qualifications :

Your strong customer service skills and keen eye for detail will hold you in good stead and see your success in this role. You will also possess:

• A friendly professional and calm phone manner
• Strong customer service skills
• A high level of attention to detail
• A strong desire to be proactive.
• Proficiency in time management and multitasking
• Knowledge of consumer electronics and white goods (not mandatory but highly advantageous)
