Your Opportunity

As our Client Success Officer youll contribute to driving client satisfaction strengthening customer relationships and ensuring clients derive maximum value from Cuscals products and services. Youll play a key role in supporting Cuscals strategic goals and delivering value to clients colleagues and the broader business. Adapted from the template structure.

• Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted day-to-day contact
• Supporting service delivery and coordinating the resolution of client enquiries and issues
• Identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and enhance the overall customer experience

Qualifications :

What Youll Bring

To succeed in this role youll have:

• Experience in client service account management customer success or relationship management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering outcomes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Youll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following:

• Experience within financial services payments banking or fintech
• Knowledge of client onboarding service management or operational processes
• Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities
