Job Summary

As a Client Services Specialist you will play a key role in supporting our clients medical experts and internal teams by:

  • Managing appointments and bookings from enquiry through to completion
  • Providing outstanding customer service via phone email and online platforms
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Supporting customer onboarding and assisting users with online systems and portals
  • Managing special requests and resolving enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Identifying opportunities to promote additional services and specialties
  • Coordinating with Operations Quality and Administration teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Supporting medical experts by managing availability and scheduling requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Contributing to business development initiatives and client engagement activities

Qualifications :

  • Experience in customer service client services account management or administration
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence working with technology and online systems
  • A collaborative and positive approach to teamwork
  • Reliability adaptability and a strong customer-first attitude
  • Experience within the legal insurance medical or allied health industries
  • Experience managing appointments scheduling or customer bookings
  • Exposure to KPI-driven environments
