About the Role
We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our dynamic Client Services Team. This role plays a vital part in supporting the delivery of high quality person-centered services through effective coordination frontline leadership and continuous improvement of participant outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate participant services
Lead and develop staff
Ensure quality and compliance
Drive continuous improvement
Collaborate across teams
What Were Looking For:
Relevant qualification in Disability Community Services or similar (Certificate IV minimum)
At least 2 years experience in disability community or mental health services.
Proven leadership or supervisory experience including managing and supporting frontline teams
Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework including Practice Standards Code of Conduct and person-centred service delivery.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex situations and build effective stakeholder relationships
A supportive team committed to inclusion and quality
