About the Role

We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our dynamic Client Services Team. This role plays a vital part in supporting the delivery of high quality person-centered services through effective coordination frontline leadership and continuous improvement of participant outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate participant services
• Lead and develop staff
• Ensure quality and compliance
• Drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate across teams

What Were Looking For:

• Relevant qualification in Disability Community Services or similar (Certificate IV minimum)
• At least 2 years experience in disability community or mental health services.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience including managing and supporting frontline teams
• Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework including Practice Standards Code of Conduct and person-centred service delivery.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex situations and build effective stakeholder relationships
