Position Overview

Role: Cleaning Team Leader
Location: Cherry Creek Youth Justice Centre Little River VIC
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 7:45PM to 1:00AM
Pay: From $36.56 per hour plus penalties allowances and super
Contract: Permanent Part-Time
Start date: ASAP

What You Will Do

Support the Cleaning Supervisor
Lead night shifts and manage onsite staff
Oversee work orders safety and quality checks
Assist with rostering and daily operations
Cleaning duties (including bio-cleans)
Help with admin (emails forms paperwork)

What You Will Bring

Leading experience or strong cleaning background
Confident leading a team
Good communication skills
Basic computer skills
Able to complete hands-on cleaning
Willing to work overtime when needed

Requirements

Employee Working with Children Check
Police Check
Driver licence and reliable transport
Ability to pass medical drug and alcohol testing
