• Perth based Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am 5:00pm

• East coast based Hours: Monday to Friday 9:45am 6:00pm

The Opportunity

We have x2 permanent opportunities for Claims Officers to join our Commercial Property Claims Team where you will be responsible for managing end-to-end claims.

Your new role

• Provide delivery of superior claims service determining proper policy coverage to conclude investigate evaluate and negotiate assigned cases.

• Manage both Commercial and Domestic Claims property claims.

• Maintain knowledge of insurance guidelines and policy changes.

• Maintain good client relationships and respond to client requests promptly.

• Identify and report suspicious or fraudulent claims.

• Share information with stakeholders while considering confidentiality guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with accreditation levels and policies.

• Provide clear and timely communication with all stakeholders.

About you

• Previous experience in commercial claims is highly regarded; however candidates with proven claims experience are also encouraged to apply

• A strong focus on customer service with the ability to build rapport over the phone and handle varying customer expectations and demands

• A highly empathetic approach to dealing with customers possessing the ability to be friendly yet professional

• Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills

• Solution focused pride yourself in providing an exceptional customer experience at every point of contact.

• Self-motivated maintaining high levels of excellence through times of change and show resilience in the face of a challenge.
