Civil Leading Hand

Synergie Australia currently seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join our clients civil construction team working across the Scenic Rim / Tamborine Village region.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong road construction experience who enjoys leading crews maintaining high safety and quality standards and working within a supportive project team environment.

About the Role:
Lead and support civil construction crews on site
Assist with the delivery recording and completion of construction activities
Read and interpret construction drawings
Manage site quality assurance requirements with support from supervisors and engineers
Work across road construction and stabilisation activities
Monday to Friday roster with occasional night and weekend works

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a Leading Hand role within civil construction
Strong understanding of road construction techniques
Ability to lead crews and communicate effectively on site
White Card and current Drivers Licence required
Experience with app-based systems such as Dashpivot SiteMate or AssetVision highly regarded
TMR and stabilisation experience highly desirable
Cert III or IV in Civil Construction advantageous

$46.50 per hour Super
Long-term project running through to April 2027
