Job Summary

Join our Urban Development team as a Civil Engineer! In this opportunity you will focus on delivering comprehensive design and documentation for land development and civil infrastructure projects. With a strong portfolio of award-winning projects in hand across South East QLD our team continues to grow and wed love for you to join us!

You will be responsible for

  • Deliver and manage Civil and Infrastructure designs within broad acre greenfield and brownfield redevelopment
  • Design of major and minor drainage infrastructure with an understanding of hydrological principles with appropriate water management and treatments
  • Deliver and manage water and sewer designs in accordance with SEQ Water standards
  • Prepare relevant servicing and development reports
  • Work closely with the other members of the Urban Development team and sub-consultants
  • Fostering relationships with current and potential clients building on your existing networks to generate new business

Qualifications :

Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years experience as a civil engineer within a consultancy environment with demonstrated knowledge of land development and/or infrastructure projects local to addition you will also have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering
  • Valid full drivers license
  • A thorough understanding of civil design principles pertaining to land development storm water civil infrastructure roads and/or mining/resources
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and ability to run projects within budget and on time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation and interpersonal skills for facilitating internal and external stakeholder engagements and business development opportunities
