Civil Engineer - Construction Plant and Site Logistics

About the Employer
Our client is an established engineering construction and operations business delivering transport building water and other infrastructure works across Australia. Its multidisciplinary teams support the development and operation of assets used by local communities.

The Opportunity
Build practical engineering experience while coordinating plant and equipment for major tunnel construction. Working with construction and plant teams you will help equipment reach the right work fronts and improve its use across the site.

Your Work
Plan plant movements site access and laydown arrangements.
Maintain schedules equipment registers and utilisation records.
Support daily and weekly construction planning and safe movement plans.
Help resolve equipment clashes access restrictions and logistics constraints.
Assist methodology and temporary-works planning inspections and reporting.
Coordinate requirements with subcontractors suppliers and site supervisors.

Requirements
Skills Education and Requirements
Civil Engineering degree or a related qualification.
Ideally one to three years in civil construction infrastructure mining tunnelling or related work.
Interest in plant logistics and practical construction methods.
Good Excel organisation communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to spend time on site and collaborate with operational teams.
Major-project or tunnelling experience is helpful but not essential.
