About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to oversee and coordinate supports for children and young people under both Child Safety and NDIS frameworks.
This role is critical in ensuring compliance strong stakeholder engagement and positive client outcomes across our Sunshine Coast operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of Child Safety and NDIS participants
- Develop and review care plans support plans and risk assessments
- Coordinate SIL and out-of-home care placements
- Liaise with Child Safety families support coordinators and allied health
- Monitor NDIS funding utilisation and prepare review reports
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and Child Protection legislation
- Lead case meetings and multidisciplinary reviews
- Oversee incident reporting risk management and safeguarding
About You
- Minimum 23 years experience in Child Safety Out-of-Home Care or NDIS
- Strong understanding of NDIS framework and Child Protection requirements (QLD)
- Experience working with complex behaviours and high-support clients
- Excellent communication organisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain compliance
Essential Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Social Work Psychology Human Services or similar
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Valid Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
