About this opportunity:

We are seeking energetic passionateand driven Chefs and Cooks to join our award-winning Event Delivery - Kitchen teamworking either in our large Production Kitchen or alongside our Events team toplate and serve dishes creating memorable experiences. You will join a diverseand supportive team who cater to world-class events held in our ConventionExhibition and Theatre precinct.

No two days are the same and this uniqueopportunity will give you the chance to understand how to apply restaurantthinking to large-scale events. Our Kitchens focus on fresh seasonal andethically sourced ingredients. Connecting the nutritional value in food todeliver the best possible environment for success.

We are excited to hear from bothqualified Chefs (desirable) and Cooks looking for casual opportunities. We havemultiple roles available where you can tailor how much you work with up to 5days per week available.

Required Skills &Experience:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role that may require some heavy lifting.
• Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster including day evening and weekend work with early starts and late finishes.
• Commercial Cookery certificate or appropriate qualifications (desirable)
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• You must be 18 years or over.
