About the Role
As a Chapter Lead - System Engineering you will guide software engineering capability across APIs customer master data management and Salesforce services. Youll lead a chapter of engineers providing technical direction coaching and governance to support secure scalable and maintainable solutions. Working closely with architecture platform and delivery teams youll help shape engineering standards modernise platforms and enable reliable technology outcomes that support customers and the business.
What Youll Do
- Lead the development of engineering capability across integration API and platform disciplines.
- Establish and govern engineering standards delivery practices and technical controls.
- Coach and mentor engineers to strengthen technical skills and career growth.
- Guide technology decisions across integration platforms and enterprise services.
- Promote modern engineering practices including automation testing and DevSecOps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align engineering outcomes with business priorities.
What Youll Bring
- Extensive experience leading software engineering teams and technical communities.
- Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and enterprise integration technologies.
- Experience delivering API-first solutions and applying domain-driven design principles.
- Knowledge of MuleSoft Kafka and event-driven architecture patterns.
- Experience establishing governance frameworks engineering standards and quality controls.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technology and business teams.
