As a Change Support & Training Officeryoullplay a critical role in empowering staff to confidently adopt new systems and processes shaping how the organisation evolves into the future. You will make an impact by
- Supporting the design and delivery of change initiatives across a complex ERP transformation program
- Supporting training needs analysisschedulingand post-training evaluation for each ERP module go-live
- Identifyingbarriers to adoption and contributing to post-go-live hyper-care support
- Developing and delivering engaging end-user training for multiple system go-lives
- Creating clear practical learning materials that simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Facilitating workshops trainingsessionsand drop-in clinics to build staff confidence and capability
- Monitoring change readiness and adoptionidentifyingrisks and supporting sustainable outcomes
What you will bring
- Demonstrated experience in change management training or project coordination roles
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to apply them in practicalsettings
- Proven ability to design and deliver training tovaried audiences with differing levels of capability
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a structured project environment
- Ability to translate technical information into plain user-friendly language and learning resources
- Experience with ERP or large-scale technology transformation programs (highly regarded)
- Working knowledge of a recognised change managementmethodology(such asProsci CMI or APMG will be highly regarded).
