Change Lead ICT Program

Resthaven is inviting internal applications for the Change Lead position within the ICT Program. The role operates at program level across three ICT delivery streams and reports to the Senior Manager ICT Program.

You will partner with leadership and project teams to lead communication readiness and transition support across concurrent ICT initiatives. A core responsibility is embedding the ADKAR framework as the standard approach across all streams and managing cumulative change burden to ensure the organisation can absorb change with minimal disruption.

You must demonstrate all of the following. Applications that do not address these will not progress.

• Change Lead experience: Minimum 5 years in dedicated change management roles at program level
• Change frameworks: Working knowledge of ADKAR and/or other structured methodologies (Prosci ACMP). You must be able to articulate demonstrated experience
• Impact assessments & readiness: Proven ability to conduct stakeholder analysis change impact assessments and readiness activities across complex environments.
• Enterprise system delivery: Experience supporting at least one large-scale system implementation (e.g. ERP HRIS payroll or clinical platform).
• Risk & resistance management: Track record identifying and managing change risks and adoption barriers with practical mitigation strategies.
• Leadership coaching: Ability to coach leaders and build change capability in project teams.

• Experience in aged care healthcare or a regulated workforce environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build change capability in teams with limited change experience.
