About the role

Be part of shaping Australias energy future. Reporting to a Senior Change Manager with a dotted line to the relevant Program or Project Manager as a Change Analyst youll play a key role in supporting change across major initiatives. Working across at least 12 projects youll be assessing change impacts supporting the design and execution of change activities and tracking readiness and adoption to ensure the successful business outcomes in a fastpaced highly technical environment.

This is a hands-on 12-month fixed term contract in either Melbourne or Sydney and is a great opportunity to make a real impact on nationally significant programs.

What you will be doing

  • Deliver endtoend change activities using AEMOs Enterprise Change Framework driving practical highquality best practice outcomes that embed successfully into the business.
  • Complete impact analysis and assessments and help to design and execute strategies/ plans communications/engagement content and training/learning/readiness materials.
  • Contribute to stakeholder communications engagement and training activities to support adoption and business readiness.
  • Work closely with Change Managers/Senior Change Managers and Project/Program teams to identify and manage risks issues and dependencies.
  • Collaborate across AEMOs enablement functions and the Enterprise Change Practice to deliver consistent aligned and highimpact change experiences.

What you will bring to the role

  • Proven experience working at an Analyst level particularly large scale and complex initiatives
  • Hands on experience in detailed analysis and change Impact assessment as well as some experience in the design/contribution of strategies/plans Communications and Engagement Learning and Training People Readiness and Handover activities.
  • Demonstrated experience in working under different Project methodologies (Waterfall Agile Lean).
  • Ability to work in a team to co-design and deliver shared outcomes.
  • Applicants must be an Australian citizen with the ability to attain and maintain an appropriate level of national security clearance issued by AGSVA.
