What Youll Be Doing
- Leading day-to-day centre operations staffing and compliance with confidence
- Inspiring mentoring and supporting educators to be their best selves
- Building strong trusting relationships with families and the wider community
- Bringing EYLF v2.0 QKLG the Shared Foundations Approach and Child Safe Standards to life
- Championing high-quality learning environments documentation and practice
About You
- Experienced Centre Director or senior early childhood leader ready to step up
- Diploma or bachelors in early childhood (ACECQA-approved)
- Strong knowledge of the NQS NQF and regulatory requirements
- A confident communicator with strong organisational skills
- A warm inclusive leader who leads with heart and puts child safety first
