The Role

• Take orders and ensure customers have a delightful experience
• Deliver food and beverage service to guests in a professional efficient and courteous manner
• A la carte and bar service
• Use the POS entering orders and handling cash/card
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the bars wine list cocktail menu and food menu
• Assist in opening and closing procedures

About You

• Passionate about customer service experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
• 1 year in FOH hospitality in a premium venue
• A La Carte waitperson experience
• A team player who can work independently
• Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive CAN DO attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Have a valid NSW RSA
• Valid working rights in Australia
• Available to work on Monday & Friday 10am - 3pm and Tuesday to Thursday 9am - 7pm with occasional evening shifts on Monday and Friday
