Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care tailored to each Service Users unique needs
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care meal preparation and community access
• Provide transport and support with shopping and appointments
• Deliver domestic assistance such as vacuuming mopping dusting and general household tasks
• Build warm trusting relationships that promote independence and wellbeing

What You Bring

• Minimum Certificate III in Home and Community Care (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in home care or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine empathy compassion and respect for individuals with diverse needs
• Reliability trustworthiness and a vehicle suitable for travel up to 40 minutes
• Flexibility to meet the varying needs of Service Users

Mandatory Requirements

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Childrens Check
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Current Drivers Licence and reliable car
• Mobile phone
