We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Casual School Cleaners to join our team in the Hervey Bay area.

About the Role

• Casual position averaging 2038 hours per week
  
• Monday to Friday roster
  
• Opportunity for the role to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate
  
• Work within a school environment following established cleaning standards
  

Key Responsibilities

• Complete general cleaning duties in line with Cleanworks standards
  
• Ensure all doors in your designated area are securely locked before leaving
  
• Activate the alarm system upon exiting the site
  
• Safely store the school key issued to you
  
• Report any incidents to the Operations Manager immediately
  
• Respond to occasional unexpected cleaning needs
  

• Available Monday to Friday
  
• Strong spoken English and clear communication skills
  
• WWCC and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
  
• Experience in school or commercial cleaning preferred
  
• Experience in periodical cleaning (carpet cleaning window cleaning scrubber machines) is an advantage
  
• Professional well-presented and confident working in a school environment
  
• Able to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
