What Youll Bring
Diploma in Community Services Youth Work Social Work (or currently working towards)
Strong administrative organisational and compliance capabilities
Knowledge of trauma-informed and therapeutic care practices
Proven ability to manage documentation and coordinate competing priorities
Current drivers licence and required probity clearances
Empathy resilience and a collaborative solutions-focused approach

What Youll Be Doing
Provide administrative and operational support to Operations Managers Therapeutic Specialists and Case Workers across our services.
Coordinate internal meetings including case plan cultural plan care team and cohort meetings ensuring all documentation is prepared and recorded accurately.
Maintain accurate client records and track client movement within agency systems to support real-time data integrity.
Conduct quality assurance checks on case work documentation to ensure compliance with relevant state-based legislation standards and organisational requirements.
Undertake regular audits of client files to support regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Contribute to the delivery of safe culturally respectful and trauma-informed practices that support positive outcomes for children and young people.
