Casual position

We are seeking independent and reliable candidates for a casualopportunity within our Community and Leisure Facilities team.

As a Caretaker you will provide support and assistance toprospective hirers of the Citys Facilities. This will includeopening and closing of facilities for casual bookings showingprospective hirers around the facilities and advising on availableequipment undertaking facility condition reports and spot cleaningwhen required. You will also liaise with the Citys securityofficers and contractors regarding any alarm monitoring armingdisarming or alarm system faults. If you are a team playerwith great people skills sound time management and organisationalskills we want to hear from you!

This role is perfect for you if you have experience in a similarrole are able to work unsupervised and especially if you areavailable after hours and on weekends. You should have appropriateknowledge to deal with general queries as well as basic conflictresolution skills. A current C class drivers licence (along withyour own transport) and National Police Clearance are alsoessential for the role.

1. Experience in a similar position
2. Ability to work weekends and after hours
3. Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
4. Experience in alarming locking up and securing facilities
5. Valid C class drivers licence

What we offer

The hourly rate for this position is as follows:

$43.53 inclusive of casual loading plussuperannuation
