Were seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with aged care expertise strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering quality outcomes for our residents.
Banksia is a highly respected single-site not-for-profit organisation delivering exceptional aged careservices in the seaside village of Broulee on the NSW South Coast. We support our community through three integrated services:
- 121 independent living villas within our retirement village
- An 80-bed residential aged care facility
- Community Care services
About the role
The Care Manager provides the management and leadership direction for our experienced and committed clinical care and activities teams in our residential aged care facility BanksiaLodge.
Banksia Lodge has an outstanding reputation in the community for delivering quality aged care and is an innovative and progressive aged care environment. Our commitment to providing our residents brilliant aged care includes recent transition of part of Banksia Lodge to a small house model of care as part of a larger strategic direction to transition fully.
What youll need
The successful candidate for this role will be an experienced Registered Nurse with a background providing quality care to elderly people and an understanding of the modern aged care environment. Importantly this person will be enthusiastic and committed to resident outcomes affirmative and positive in their approach and be committed to engaging with our clinical leadership team and operational staff.
