Position information:
RFBI is looking for a Care at Home Hub Manager to lead our South West Sydney & ACT Hub and play a key role in growing our services developing our people and ensuring our participants receive safe high-quality and person-centred care.
This is a hands-on leadership role where youll balance people performance quality compliance and business growth. Youll work closely with our Care at Home teams participants families health professionals and community partners to ensure our services continue to meet the needs of the communities we serve.
As the Care at Home Hub Manager youll have overall responsibility for the performance and day-to-day management of the Hub. Youll lead a team of Care at Home Coordinators Officers and administration staff while working closely with our broader Care at Home leadership and support teams.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead people and performance
- Drive growth and business performance
- Champion quality compliance and continuous improvement
- Manage Hub operation
Travel expectation: Equal amounts of time at each office within the region with a minimum of 50% travel / time spent outside your primary office location.
What we look for:
Were looking for an experienced leader who combines commercial awareness with a genuine commitment to quality care.
- Minimum 3 years experience managing people systems and processes.
- Experience in home care community care nursing health or a related management environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Experience building business relationships and identifying opportunities for service growth.
- Strong communication relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- The maturity and confidence to manage complex situations and build positive relationships with participants families staff and external stakeholders.
- A current unrestricted Australian Driver Licence.
- Availability to travel regularly throughout the region.
