Job Connect is recruiting for a skilled Mechanical Technician to join a specialist caravan and trailer business offering a clean modern workshop environment. The role involves:
Servicing caravan and trailer systems including brakes bearings and suspension
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and basic electrical faults
Completing light fabrication and welding work for custom modifications as experience allows
Installing accessories including solar systems awnings 12V systems and dual battery setups
Performing upgrades and modifications to late-model caravans and trailers
Working within a clean modern workshop using quality tools and equipment

Suitable applicants will have:
Trade qualifications in Light Vehicle Heavy Vehicle or similar mechanical disciplines or any exposure to vehicle servicing as a Trades Assistant
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults
Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Commitment to safe and organised work practices
Current Australian driver licence

The position offers:
$70000 $90000 Superannuation (depending on experience)
