What can you expect as a Capital Markets Academy participant

The Capital Markets Academy is a 24-month rotational program across different capital markets sectors to develop future capital markets professionals. Designed to invest in employees growth from day one the program consists of three eight-month rotations across various sectors including Office Investments Retail Industrial & Logistics and Debt Advisory. Participants will receive development opportunities through structured hands-on exposure to live transactions and client relationships.

Who are we looking for

Eligibility

Undergraduate degree (completed/final year) - property finance or related field preferred.

Strong command of Excel PowerPoint and Word for professional analysis and presentation.

Outstanding written/verbal communication time management and relationship-building skills.

You need to be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident.

• You will need to be available to start as a permanent full-time employee in February 2027.
