Campus Coordinator

About the Role

Primary responsibilities include:

• Coordinate sound daily maintenance operations of the campus.
• Inspect building facilities to identify building maintenance needs and any safety concerns.
• Actively participate in the positive development of campus facilities and maintenance ofclassrooms and equipment.
• Engage in campus walk throughs of student and common spaces to ensure readiness of dailyactivities.
• Ensure adequate stock levels of office supplies.
• Provide support to set up for Excelsia events.

Selection Criteria

Qualifications and Professional Standing:

• Possession of a relevant qualification or an equivalent combination of relevant experience/ training.

Essential:

• Committed Christian involved in a local congregation.
• Prior working experience with transferrable skills.
• Experience in a higher education setting (or equivalent) would be an advantage.
• Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated high attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of safetyand cleanliness.
• Good communication skills to interact with staff and contractors.
• Basic understanding of building maintenance and repair procedures.
• Technologicalliteracy in a range of desktop applications to support administrative elementsof role.
• Full Australian Working Rights.
