At NRMA Ocean Beach Holiday Resort every day feels a little different. One minute youre pouring the perfect coffee the next youre serving breakfast to holidaymakers fresh from the beach or helping prepare meals for families making memories together.

Were looking for Casual Café All Rounders to join our resort Café team. If youre someone who enjoys variety loves working with people and doesnt mind jumping in wherever needed wed love to hear from you.

Offering flexible casual hours across a rotating roster this is a fantastic opportunity for locals looking to balance work with study family commitments or simply earn some holiday money in a stunning beachfront holiday resort setting.   We offer a flexible roster with shifts between 6:30am and 7:30pm. 

What Youll Do

No two shifts look exactly the same. Youll help create a great experience for our guests while supporting the café team across a variety of tasks including:

• Making barista-style coffees and serving drinks
• Taking customer orders and operating the POS system
• Assisting with basic food preparation and presentation
• Helping on the grill during busy breakfast and lunch periods (think bacon & eggs toasted sandwiches and simple café favourites)
• Delivering top notch customer service
• Running food clearing tables and maintaining clean dining areas
• Restocking displays fridges and café supplies
• Supporting your teammates wherever needed to keep the café running smoothly

What Youll Bring

• Previous café hospitality food service or customer service experience
• Confidence making coffee or willingness to build your barista skills
• A positive team-first attitude and genuine passion for customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm during busy periods
• Strong attention to cleanliness food safety and presentation
• NSW Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends public holidays and school holiday periods
