Business Teacher

About the role

Were looking for a Business Teacher to join Australian Trade College North Brisbane (ATCNB). This is a full-time permanent opportunity working with senior secondary students in a hands-on vocational learning environment.

Youll be delivering Certificate III in Business while helping students build practical skills and confidence for real career pathways beyond school.

What youll be doing

• Deliver engaging Business lessons aligned to industry outcomes
• Plan assess and track student progress
• Create a positive structured classroom environment
• Support student wellbeing engagement and behaviour
• Keep up to date with marking reporting and admin
• Get involved in school activities events and wider student life
• Work closely with staff leadership and external stakeholders

What were looking for

• Qualified teacher (Bachelor or Masters in Education or equivalent)
• Certificate III or higher in Business
• QCT registration (or eligible)
• TAE (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with senior secondary students is a bonus
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Someone who enjoys working in a practical career-focused environment
