Business Systems Analyst

Professional search group (PSG) are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst to support major system transformation and improvement initiatives within a large and complex organisation.

This role will sit between business stakeholders and technical teams translating business requirements into practical system solutions and supporting the delivery of key student information system enhancements.

• Salary: $104243 $% superannuation
• Contract: 12-month fixed term (Look to go permanent)
• Location: Perth WA
• Working arrangement: Hybrid with a minimum 50% in-office attendance per fortnight

• Lead business and functional analysis requirements gathering and process improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with business stakeholders developers and technical teams to deliver effective system solutions.
• Develop and coordinate testing strategies including User Acceptance Testing.
• Contribute to agile delivery and continuous system improvement.

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in business requirements analysis functional systems analysis and process improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with SQL relational databases and complex enterprise systems.
• Experience in large complex organisations; higher education experience is highly regarded.
