What would I be doing

Effectively manage administration teams to support the needs of service delivery teams across a specific CPL region. Act as the key communication link between central and regional teams while supporting continuous improvement in business performance and the achievement of the organisations vision and purpose.

This could include:

  • Lead and support the various administration team to ensure the effective running of services and sites.
  • Improve administrative processes and help identify better ways of working.
  • Assist with financial management including budgeting purchasing invoicing data analysis and financial administration.
  • Lead support and develop administration team as required.
  • Ensure all Human Resource practices policies and procedures are delivered consistently.
  • Ensure client reporting and funding requirements are completed accurately and on time.
  • Liaise with internal teams as required.
  • Manage office supplies equipment and organisational assets.
  • Build positive relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Travel between sites as required.
  • Carry out other duties as required by the manager.

What youll need

  • Experience in office and administration management.
  • Experience in financial management including accounting and budgeting skills.
  • Experience in training and leading a team of administrative staff.
  • Advanced skills in computer software applications and technologies.
  • A passion for people and a focus on great customer service.
  • A commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes.
  • Great listening and respectful communication skills.
