Our City Services division is seeking 2 x Business Project Officers to join our team. One position will be located at Randwick Administration Building (30 Frances Street Randwick) while the other position will be located at Maroubra Depot (192-220 Storey Street Maroubra).Purpose:To drive operational excellence and service delivery across City Services by providing high-quality performance reporting data analysis and strategic support. This role ensures transparency compliance and continuous improvement through effective monitoring and preparation of key documentation to support informed decision-making optimises resource allocation and contributes to the development of policies contracts and grant applications that align with organisational goals and community the role:Provide clear transparent and routine performance reporting for customer experience and general community correspondenceSupport staff in provision of data and guidance in ensuring all service levels are met within agreed timeframesAnalyse data to support performance reporting and continuous improvement initiativesProduce reports correspondence and provide informed advice to internal stakeholdersLead the development and review of operational strategies and service review projects ensuring alignment with broader organisational you:Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
