About You

  • Demonstrated interpersonal oral and written communication skills with the ability to consult communicate and problem solve effectively to facilitate work meetings to properly scope projects or gain shared understanding of the problem/request.
  • Demonstrated ability to network and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide positive customer experience by connecting stakeholders and customers with digital platforms and online services.
  • Ability to research collate and analyse data using Councils corporate systems to prepare high quality reports and/or recommendations.
  • Experience (or the ability to learn) the creation of digital platforms to manage and communicate business information; digital forms that automatically collate information into spreadsheets/databases and tools to provide automated analysis interactive reporting and trending.
  • Skilled in the Microsoft Office 365 software and the ability to learn the other digital platforms.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously to deliver outcomes for the business.
  • Relevant experience or qualifications for Business Analysis and/or Business Intelligence (BI) reporting highly desirable.
  • Knowledge or experience in creating workflow automation with Microsoft power platform highly desirable.
  • Knowledge and or experience working in local government highly desirable.
