We are currently seeking a HR Business Partner to support the Gruyere operation working an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth.
The HR Business Partner provides ongoing support advice and guidance to employees and managers across all areas of Human Resources on site partnering with leaders to drive positive people outcomes and support operational success.
Location:Gruyere Gold Project
Roster:Friday to Friday - 8:6 FIFO from Perth
KeyResponsibilities
- Partner with site leaders to develop and implement people initiatives that support operational and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the client HR team to deliver consistent and effective people solutions.
- Provide expert HR advice guidance and support to leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
- Work with HR colleagues across the business to review develop and maintain policies and procedures in line with legislative requirements and best practice.
- Ensure employee relations matters are managed fairly consistently and in accordance with company policies and employment legislation.
- Support the Project Manager and site leadership team with grievance disciplinary performance and capability matters including investigations and outcomes.
- Drive organisational performance and workplace culture through the delivery of key people and business initiatives.
- Coordinate and facilitate annual people processes including performance reviews remuneration reviews talent management succession planning and development programs.
- Monitor analyse and report on HR metrics providing insights and recommendations to the Project Manager and Human Resources Manager.
- Design facilitate and deliver training and coaching programs for employees and leaders.
What youll bring
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources Business or a related discipline or equivalent practical HR experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation industrial relations and HR best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present and facilitate training effectively.
- Excellent organisational planning and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships with leaders employees clients and external stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace health safety and wellbeing.
- Current C Class Western Australian Drivers Licence.
