Job Summary

How youll be making an impact in peoples lives:

  • Lead supervise and coach the team so that they undertake work in accordance with divisional priorities policies and processes.
  • Manage and monitor team resourcing and portfolios at business unit level.
  • Oversee recruitment & selection and on boarding of new team members.
  • Prepare business unit budget for Operations Manager and manage the expenditure within budget and in accordance with delegations
  • Ensure Quality KPI to be met at business unit level
  • Implement strategies to proactively manage RTW performance and ensure the performance of the business unit and Team Leader meets benchmarks for state RTW outcomes
  • Undertake specific services assessments including worksite functional ergonomic equipment home and job analysis as required.

Qualifications :

What youll bring to the role:

  • Australian recognised degree qualification in Occupational Therapy Rehabilitation Counselling Physiotherapy Psychology or Exercise Physiology
  • Strategic management with demonstrated success in the delivery of occupational rehabilitation services.
  • Commercial acumen to drive business growth profitability quality initiatives and marketing activities with sound financial acumen understanding.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead coach and develop others.
  • Confident in staff recruitment training and performance management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Workers Compensation Rehabilitation and Occupational health and safety legislation.
  • Willingness to work in the community (must have drivers licence and access to own vehicle)
  • Current or able to get a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
