Other locations may be considered for the right are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Local Area Coordination (LAC) Program as Manager Business Improvement and Compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation quality compliance and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance outcomes for people with disability strengthen organisational performance and support service excellence across one of Australias largest disability the RoleReporting to the Head of Disability Services the Manager Business Improvement and Compliance is a key leadership role responsible for leading strategic projects quality and compliance initiatives organisational change and continuous improvement across SSIs Local Area Coordination Program. You will lead a team of Project Officers and Quality & Training Officers oversee program-wide compliance and governance frameworks drive innovation and workforce capability initiatives and ensure the program continues to meet contractual obligations and quality standards. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders you will identify opportunities to improve service delivery strengthen operational performance manage risk and contribute to SSIs reputation as a leader in the disability and community services sectorKey ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will:Lead innovative projects and business improvement initiatives that strengthen participant outcomes workforce capability and social organisational change program transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the LAC quality performance and audit outcomes ensuring alignment with NDIA and program and contribute to strategic reports business cases funding submissions and organisational planning and maintain productive partnerships with the NDIA community organisations and key coach and develop a high-performing team that promotes a culture of quality accountability learning and continuous YouYou are a strategic and values-driven leader with a passion for improving systems driving innovation and delivering meaningful community outcomes. You thrive in complex environments lead successfully through change and have a track record of strengthening organisational performance through quality improvement business transformation and stakeholder engagement.
