Were looking for a driven and detailoriented Account Executive to join the Saatchi & Saatchi team in Melbourne working on some of Australias most iconic automotive brands.

Supporting a Senior Account Director youll play a key role in the daytoday management and delivery of advertising work across a large fast-moving commercial portfolio This role is perfect for someone early in their advertising or communications career who wants handson experience exposure to bigbudget campaigns and the chance to learn the foundations of great agency craft.

Youll be the master of the basics owning timelines WIPs and admin while building strong foundations in client service project management and creative delivery in a collaborative highperforming team.

Role Responsibilities:

As an Account Executive youll support your team across process project management and coordination to ensure work is delivered to a high standard. This includes:

• Support the daytoday management and delivery of advertising projects ensuring work is on time and on budget
• Manage timelines WIPs contact reports and job administration with strong attention to detail
• Assist with client liaison on smaller projects acting as a reliable and professional point of contact
• Brief creative and artwork into studio and coordinate with production and external suppliers
• Support preproduction and postproduction across campaigns and assets
• Prepare presentations documentation and status updates using PowerPoint or Keynote
• Conduct competitive analysis research and share relevant insights with the team
• Maintain accurate account records job folders and financial documentation
• Collaborate closely with creative strategy production and finance teams to keep projects moving

The person were looking for has:

• Some exposure to advertising marketing communications or PR through study internships parttime work or entrylevel roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a willingness to build confidence presenting and working with others
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks timelines and followups
• High attention to detail and pride in producing accurate wellpresented work
• A proactive attitude eagerness to learn and openness to feedback
• Genuine curiosity about advertising creativity brands and how campaigns come to life
• Comfortable working in a fastpaced collaborative team environment
• Proficient in the Microsoft suite and basic / exploratory skills in AI tools.
• Qualifications in advertising / communications / marketing would be preferred
