An exciting opportunity is available for an energetic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at our Sydney Depot in St Marys.

We are looking for a motivated and resilient salesperson who enjoys identifying new opportunities thinking creatively and taking a proactive approach to business growth. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact while being rewarded for your success.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Building developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and industry networks
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and business development goals
  • Delivering compelling sales presentations and negotiating commercial outcomes
  • Developing innovative sales strategies to support business growth
  • Managing and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities
  • Working closely with operational teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
About You

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

  • A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation abilities
  • A tenacious resilient and results-driven approach
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of operational requirements
