As our Business Development Manager it is all about growing the business and winning new work.

• Identify and win new customers across the telecommunications market
• Build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders
• Own the sales process end-to-end from first conversation through to close
• Lead larger opportunities and help shape winning strategies
• Keep your pipeline moving and up to date in CRM
• Stay across market trends and use insights to find new opportunities
• Work closely with the wider team to share knowledge and lift performance
• A big part of the role is also helping shape how we go to market bringing ideas improving how we do things and contributing to team success

How will you support our Why

• Experience in business development or sales (telco or related is ideal)
• A track record of winning new business and hitting targets
• Strong relationship skills you know how to build trust and influence
• Commercial smarts and confidence negotiating deals
• The ability to spot opportunities and act on them
• Good organisation skills and the ability to manage your own pipeline
• Experience with things like cloud communications VoIP SIP or networking
