As a Business Banking Executive you will join Matthew Thame and his high-performing team in NAB Metro and Specialised Adelaidewho are driving real impact for customersfocused empowered and committed to keeping things simple.

NAB Health specialises in the relationship management of and origination of customers operating across the Australian healthcare sector - this includes residential aged care operators private hospitals private practitioners and allied health providers pharmacy operators retirement village providers and corporatized healthcare companies.

Medfin is a wholly owned subsidiary of NAB specialising in providing finance solutions to doctors dentists vets and allied health professionals with their practices.

Each day youll go above and beyond to:

  • Focus on driving and building NAB Health and Medfins market presence leading and supporting our bankers and specialists to grow the business.
  • Foster a highperformance inclusive culture and build team capability to deliver a marketleading proposition across South Australia.
  • Drive sales productivity and performance through strong leadership ensuring sustainable longterm business growth.
  • Act as a visible NAB ambassador in the local market leading community engagement and profile.
  • Build and deepen relationships with key customers referral partners and influential networks.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to bankers strengthening customer outcomes and portfolio management.
  • Hold endtoend accountability for delivery against sales plans budgets revenue and expense targets.
  • Lead and embed change initiatives to ensure the business remains agile in an evolving banking landscape.

Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:

  • Proven in-depth experience and knowledge of business banking products and services with significant emphasis on customer growth lending credit assessment and control experience.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholdermanagement skills with the ability to influence across internal and external networks.
  • Extensive banking experience across business private corporate or specialised banking.
  • Experience and exposure to the health care industry would be highly regarded.
  • Strong commercial acumen with deep expertise in sales performance and profit and loss management.
  • Proven people leadership experience a leader who builds engagement inspires high performance and develops strong leadership capability within teams.
  • Relevant academic qualifications required.
