Working as part of our Operations Business Support team this is a great opportunity to step into a fast-paced role supporting teams across TasNetworks.
As a Business Assistant youll provide efficient high-quality administrative support while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business. Youll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly managing priorities coordinating tasks and delivering great service every day.
What youll do
Provide day-to-day administrative support across multiple teams
Manage requests and priorities using JIRA request/task management system
Coordinate meetings calendars travel catering and events
Prepare documents presentations and meeting materials
Support SAP (finance) processes including purchase orders invoices and expenses
Assist with onboarding site inductions and new starter coordination
Maintain records intranet content and general office processes
About you
Youre organised proactive and confident working in a busy environment. You enjoy supporting others can juggle multiple priorities and take pride in delivering accurate high-quality work.
Youll bring:
Strong skills across Microsoft Office and Teams
Experience in administrative or business support roles
Great communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
A positive flexible approach and willingness to pitch in where needed
SAP/finance experience (desirable)
Current drivers licence
