Business Analyst
Job Summary
- 15-month max term full-time role Based in Sydney (NSW) Melbourne (VIC) or Adelaide (SA)
- Flexible hybrid working arrangements to support how you work best (min. 2 days in office)
- Support system transformation initiatives across community services and housing
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Information and Digital team partnering closely with stakeholders across BaptistCare to deliver meaningful system and process improvements.
In this role you will work collaboratively with both business and technical teams to gather and translate requirements map current and future processes and support the selection and implementation of technology solutions for Community Services and Housing.
About you:
- Strong experience in business analysis including requirements elicitation documentation process modelling system evaluation and business case development
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Cyber Security Data & Analytics and other technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience working on business system implementation projects
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels including executives and business users
- Experience in process design testing and supporting technology delivery initiatives
Desirable:
- Experience within the Not-for-Profit (NFP) housing or community services sectors
- Exposure to Tenancy Management and Client Management Systems
- Experience using tools such as Visio MS Project and Jira
