Requirements

Required Technical Skill Set:

Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience in Supply Chain Logistics or Freight Management domains.
Strong understanding of:

o End-to-end transportation lifecycle

o Freight order management

o Carrier onboarding and management

o Route planning & optimization

o Logistics operations KPIs and SLAs

Experience working on TMS or logistics transformation programs.
Strong expertise in Agile and/or hybrid delivery models.
Experience with requirements management tools (Jira Confluence Azure DevOps etc.).
Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
Collaborative proactive and delivery-driven

Customer and outcome-focused approach

Must Have:

Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience in Supply Chain Logistics or Freight Management domains.
Elicit and analyse business requirements across supply chain freight and logistics operations.
Define and document BRDs FSDs user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with business operations and IT teams to translate logistics needs into system solutions.
Support TMS transportation and logistics transformation initiatives.
Manage requirement prioritisation scope and traceability in Agile delivery models.
Support SIT/UAT business validation and golive readiness.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business and operational leadership.
Communicate complex logistics concepts in a clear and structured manner to technical and non-technical audiences.

Work effectively in multi-vendor onshoreoffshore delivery models.

Good to Have:

Experience with leading TMS platforms (e.g. Blue Yonder SAP TM Manhattan Oracle).
Knowledge of integration patterns (APIs microservices) across supply chain systems.
Exposure to analytics reporting and logistics performance dashboards.
Experience in large-scale enterprise or multi-vendor transformation programs.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (Chain of Responsibility safety regulatory reporting).
